We decided to have Florentina handle the sale of our first home because of her in-depth knowledge of our area and the sheer number of her SOLD signs continually appearing in the neighborhood. Florentina met with us several months before we were going to list and gave us advice on what we could do to facilitate the sale and get the maximum price for our home. When the time came to list, she priced the house appropriately and artfully staged our home.
